Students may participate in the afterschool Halloween Social Monday at 2:30 for an admission price of $2.00. Students may change into their costumes after school.
In Science earlier this week we recapped the content reading on Sound Energy including real-life examples, diagrams and charts. Students also completed a Static Electricity Paragraph and participated in the Static Electricity Balloon Lab. Students took their Sound Energy Quiz online using Google Forms. They accessed the quiz through our Google Classroom. Paper copies were made available.
In History we read about the voyage of Christopher Columbus from the Native Americans point of view. Students then determined based on text evidence if Columbus was a hero or a villain and wrote details on a sticky note to be placed on the front board. We then discussed as a class these attributes. Students also read an introduction to the tour of the Vikings and Leif Erickson displaying their navigational routes.
