Update

Greetings!

This update covers the past 2 weeks.

In Science students played Kahoot to review for their last test. We filmed green screen videos. Students later read about Outer Space beyond the Solar System, Asteroids and Gravity. We then read from Sciencedaily.com about Habitable Planets. This week we read focus books on the following topics and answered questions in Google Classroom: Gravity, Comets, Exoplanets, and Nebulae.

In Mr. Marrese's History Class students viewed a slideshow on the Middle and Southern Colonies along with reading a timeline of events spanning the origin of the 13 colonies. Students took notes on the founders, people who were welcomed to live their, religious preferences and tolerance, and ways to earn a living. Finally, students worked on a skills packet to show understanding.
