Update

Greetings!

This week in Math students were introduced to the multiplication of whole numbers and decimals. Students used basic fact patterns and applied parts of a whole to determine solutions. Students also created area models to break down values into partial products.

This week in Science students continued building a foundation of understanding for topics in light energy. This included how light is naturally and artificially created, the effects of reflecting light on objects that are transparent, translucent, and opaque, the parts of a light wave, visible light in a prism. and various careers.
