Weekly Update!

Hello,

This week in Science students read a packet on Light Energy and took notes on the following: What is light energy and how does it behave. Students got to look through rainbow lenses. Students also took the Electricity Quiz online. Finally, students participated in the Bending Pencil Lab where pencils were dipped into both water and oil to show the illusion of both a bent and broken pencil.

This week in History students watched Brainpop videos on the Vikings and Leif Erickson and answered comprehension questions. Students also worked towards completing their Country Project.

There is no school on Monday in honor of Veteran's Day!
