Update

Hello,

This week in Science students played Jeopardy to practice skills with the Scientific Method and States of Matter. Students wrote about whether a baseball or bowling ball would have more potential energy if dropped from the same height of a standard bedroom shelf. Students took the Scientific Method/States of Matter Test. Next, students were introduced to Sound Energy and all of its related vocabulary. Finally, students watched a PBS Learning Media video on Vibrations of glasses and answered comprehension questions on Google Classroom. Early finishers always know to choose an activity from the activity board of Famous Scientists and Matter which offers a tic-tac-toe board of 18 activity choices. I will offer a Test Retake on Tuesday for those interested.

This week in Mr. Marrese's History Class students practiced their states and capitals, latitude and longitude, and worked on their Create A Country Project. Students also took their Geography/States and Capitals Test.

Smile it's hockey season!

Chris
