Update

Greetings!

This week in Science students learned from the text and other sources while viewing videos of college graduates explaining the seasons. Students learned about the Life Cycle of Stars, Galaxies, types of Telescopes, about living in space, about the possibility of extraterrestrial life, and the International Space Station. Students completed a comprehension packet and submitted their completed Moon Calendar. All finished work is due Friday for Term 2.

This week in Mr. Marrese's History Class students were introduced to the Preamble and Declaration of Independence. Students read and watched short videos from the History Channel on Paul Revere's Ride and the Battles of Lexington and Concord. Students also read accounts by British officers and Colonial Militia about who fired first to start the battle, and in turn, Revolutionary War. Students had to respond as to who they felt was responsible based on these written accounts.
