Hello,
This week in Math students reviewed concepts in fractions relating to simplifying fractions, creating equivalent fractions, approximating fractions to benchmark values on a number line, and adding and subtracting fractions and mixed numbers. A quiz was given to check up on what we need to focus on the most throughout this unit. Students also shared their Birthday Cake Themes.
This week in Science students continued to respond to the 5 written prompts in Google Drive as part of their Solar System Glog Project.
The Super Bowl was a blast and I got to keep my 2 personal days on account of snow!
One of the best weekends of my life!
